Collaborate, coordinate, and seek approval from all related groups (sales, marketing, logistics, finance, customer service, and top management) to accomplish all tasks.

Process claims, support, and payments to both suppliers and dealers.

Support and coordinate with Marketing Communications Team and other key groups in event management and organization.

Process DMR maintenance for material, vendor, and customer code creation in SAP System.

Upload sales and marketing activities forecasts thru specific Panasonic reporting system tools.

Support with the administrative tasks for several emerging products (TV, Lumix Camera, and  Beauty)

Directly manage products (Small Appliances and E-Shower) by preparing and presenting monthly sales and marketing results to forecast sales and market demand on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

Collaborate with overseas marketing counterparts to ensure production of finished goods, and strategize marketing plans to realize sales targets.

Prepare annual sales and marketing business review and forecast plan for the current fiscal year and the succeeding year/s to Top Management to set future sales targets.
